Can I use bath and body works lotion on my face?
I just started using neutrogena grapefruit acne cleanser on my face but it makes it really dry so someone said to put lotion on my face after wards…. can i use bath and body works mango Mandarin Body Lotion or moonlight path Body Cream on my face after the acne cleanser to make the dryness go away???
Hi i’m a beauty therapist and have had a few people ask me this question… no is the answer as the moistuiser will not be the right one for your skin type… and it sounds like you are using a cleanser that isnt the right one for you… no cleanser should make your skin dry, if it does this it is stripping your skin and your brain will realise this and produce more oil makeing your acne worse.If you have acne try dermalogica’s medi-bac range (I use it myself and I find that its the only thing that really works for acne) you can buy a travel size to try the products. hope your skin gets better
