Would you recommend eau de parfum or eau de toilette spray?

i’m thinking of getting a really nice perfume but i’m not sure if i should get eau de parfum or eau de toilette spray. i think there is a difference in the concentration level of each.

eau de parfum is stronger than eau de toilette, so if you want to smell stronger then get the eau de parfum, but if you want to smell lighter get the eau de toilette
