Why do dogs get so hyper after their bath?
Everytime I give my pups a bath they get really hyper and run through the house & I can hardly catch them. My friend says her dog does this also after getting a bath. Why does batheing make them so hyper?
They feel good. No matter how much a dog struggles getting into the tub, once inside it- they shed their dead cells and fur, they’re getting a good all over body massage… and it feels great to be clean! When they get out of the tub they run around to dry off, and the wind thru their fur helps that, so of course they’ll be active after a bath!
